What are your delivery options?
Our standard delivery is £2.35, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Free delivery is only available on the within 5 working days delivery option. Restrictions may apply to some postcode areas, UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Minimum purchase amount £20.00.
Next working day delivery and 2/3 day express delivery options are available online, orders must be placed online before 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Some exclusions do apply, all items on the order are in stock and available for delivery and all security checks have been complete. Click here for more information about our delivery options.
What do I do if I want to return a product?
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from cbccomputers.com. However, there may occasions when you will need to return the item to us. If you want to request the return of a item that you have ordered and it has arrived damaged, is faulty or if you have just changed your mind please click here.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Orders placed online are only processed once all security checks have been completed and payment has been processed. Customers will be notified immediately should there be any issues with the product(s) that have been ordered.

Do you offer plain label delivery?
Yes. Add this product to your order, place your order, enter the delivery address you want the order delivering to and we will deliver the goods to your customer under plain label with no mention of CBC Computers.
